Michael Fraede brings more than three decades of experience in industrial robotics and automation. He advises the Forum on strategic questions related to robotics technologies, business development and market development.

Throughout his career in the robotics and automation industry, including his work with Yaskawa Europe, he has gained extensive experience across technology, industrial applications, customer requirements and strategic sales.

For the Forum, Michael provides an important industrial perspective: the ability to assess not only whether a technology is technically interesting, but whether it can become relevant and commercially viable for industrial applications.

Hendrik Kempfert advises the Forum on strategic development, growth and scaling of the event format.

He brings extensive experience from the development and scaling of major B2B industry events. His expertise includes event strategy, business development, partner and exhibitor acquisition, community building and the development of strong industry ecosystems.

His experience with the successful development and growth of the Logistics Summit provides valuable insight into one of the key challenges facing the Advanced Humanoid Forum: How to turn a strong industry event into a scalable, commercially successful and internationally relevant platform.

Dr. Hossein Ataei Far advises the Forum on strengthening its international academic and research network.

His role focuses on international outreach, academic relations, university and research institution engagement, scientific networking and the development of international cooperation.

He helps strengthen the academic dimension of the Forum and supports the development of relationships with researchers, universities and international scientific networks.

Guodong Bao advises the Forum on developing relationships with the Chinese robotics and automation market and on strengthening connections between Chinese and European technology ecosystems.

He has been working in Europe since 2010 and brings extensive international business experience. Before establishing his own business activities in Germany, he worked for HUAWEI for ten years, where he developed extensive experience in international business and Lead-to-Cash processes.

He successfully established the HANVAC brand as a Chinese vacuum gripper solution provider based in Germany, providing localized service to customers in several European countries. His activities also include extensive international trade fair experience.

His role also includes helping bridge different business cultures, expectations and communication styles between Chinese and European companies.
